             abstract = "En este trabajo, se presentan algunas soluciones simples para Ias 
                         principales dificultades que enfrentan los usuarios de 
                         t{\'e}cnicas digitales de detecci{\'o}n de cambios. Aunque estas 
                         soluciones tienen aplicaci{\'o}ri general, se hace {\'e}nfasis 
                         en Ia cobertura vegetal dei semi{\'a}rido. Los pasos 
                         metodol{\'o}gicos mejorados en este trabajo est{\'a}n 
                         relacionados con; selecci{\'o}n de una banda espectral adecuada 
                         para cada fin, una nueva t{\'e}cnica de detecci{\'o}n de cambios 
                         y transfonnaci{\'o}n de Ia imagen detecci{\'o}n de cambios para 
                         obtener el mapa tem{\'a}tico, a trav{\'e}s dei seccionado y 
                         rotulado. Cada uno de estos pasos son mejorados 
                         modific{\^a}ndolos e introduci{\'e}ndoles alguna innovaci{\'o}n 
                         t{\'e}cnica. Una evaluaci{\'o}n de Ia situaci{\'o}n actual 
                         indica que en el mismo ambiente t{\'e}cnicas diferentes producen 
                         resultados diferentes. Estas diferencias son producidas por Ias 
                         dificultades encontradas para compatibilizar radiometricamente los 
                         datos adquiridos en fechas diferentes. Se obtuvo el mapa de 
                         detecci{\'o}n de cambios con buena exactitud y con buena 
                         correspondencia en Ia detecci{\'o}n de formas y patrones de uso. 
                         La rotaci{\'o}n controlada permite eficiencia sin complicados 
                         preprocesamientos (calibraciones radiom{\'e}tricas y correcciones 
                         atmosf{\'e}ricas), perm{\'{\i}}tiendo utilizar en forma 
                         accesible im{\'a}genes obtenidas con diferentes sensores, siempre 
                         que sean conipatibilizadas sus resoluci{\'o}n espacial. --> 
                         ABSTRACT: In this work some simple solutions for the main 
                         difficulties are presentedIdisplayed that face the users of 
                         digital tecl{\'{\i}}niques of detection of changes. Although 
                         these solutions have general application, {\'{\i}}n 
                         th{\'{\i}}s work becomes emphasis in the vegetal cover of the 
                         region of the serni-arid one. The methodologic improvements were 
                         done in the selection of an suitable spectral band for each aim, 
                         creating a new tecl{\'{\i}}nique of detection of changes and 
                         {\'{\i}}mproving the sectioned one and labeled of the image 
                         detect{\'{\i}}on of changes for its transformation in thematic 
                         map. Each one of these steps is iniproved modifying them or 
                         introducing some technical innovation to them. When one evaluates 
                         the present conditions of the tecl{\'{\i}}niques, it is observed 
                         that in the same landscape different tecim{\'{\i}}cal they 
                         produce d{\'{\i}}ff{\`e}rent results. These 
                         d{\'{\i}}fferences are produced by the difficulties 
                         radiometrica{\'{\i}}ly to make compatible the data collected in 
                         different dates. The map of detection of changes with good 
                         exactitude and good correspondence in the detection of forms and 
                         patterns of use was obtained. The controlled rotation allows 
                         effic{\'{\i}}ency w{\'{\i}}thout cornpl{\'{\i}}cated 
                         pre-processings (radiornetric calibrations and atmospheric 
                         corrections), allowing to use in aecessible form images obtained 
                         with different sensors, whenever their space resolutions are made 
                         compatible.",
